This excellent marker cone set comprises various colours (Colours may vary from order to order).
Made from flexible soft plastic so it will pop back to shape if stood on and also to reduce chances of injury.
3 Hurdles 6"/15cm
These excellent speed hurdles are ideal for speed and jumping drills. Using hurdles can improve your speed and agility.
They are constructed of lightweight but durable PVC tubing and have safety caps on each end.

Agility Ladder
This excellent 11 rung Speed Ladder incorporates slightly more structure than some others on the market so that it can be quickly unfolded for use and folded up for storage. The structure also helps in its stability during use so that the rungs remain evenly spaced even when hit or stepped on by an athlete. One of the most effective tools for simultaneously improving foot speed agility, coordination, and balance. A great tool to be used by athletes in any sport to work on change of direction and quickness. Polypropylene inserts inside webbing runners keep the rungs evenly spaced during use, reducing time spent resetting the ladder between drills. Two ladders can be easily hooked together with our Velcro-free lock tab connection system. Shatterproof rigid rungs always lay flat.

The Pro Speed Rope is a simple and effective tool for developing speed, quickness, agility and coordination.
This excellent new PVC covered steel cable, has non-slip grip ergonomic handles with the cord length printed on handle end. With its new heavy duty yoke connection ensures a tangle free steel cord will hold up to intense use while maintaining flexibility.
It also has an ABEC-3 ball bearing for twist free action.
