Softer foams could be made, but are not medically recommended.
The Comfort Lowline Pillow is ideal for all children, smaller framed side sleepers, the majority of back sleepers and all water bed users. The supportive and responsive high density foam moulds to changing head positions that occur with every sleeping movement. It provides optimum comfort and support that will last up to 4 times longer than most other pillows. (You should be aware that a very soft and unsupportive pillow can contribute to neck pain over time).
