This excellent Door Anchor has been designed to fit with most types of doors. Very simple and easy to use with your exercise bands or tubes. All that you do is open almost any type of door, place the door Anchor either over the top (or down the side) of the door - and then close the door. The strap will then stay in place, and you can feed either your exercise bands or tubing through the strap.
You then can carry out your exercises knowing that the Door Anchor is secure.
Please note, you will only recieve the Door Anchor without any band or tube, and that these may not be suitable for the large solid handles for use with tube/bands from other manufacturers.
