Dryland Stretch Cord (JV-10XX)

Dryland Stretch Cords are used extensively throughout the world, the dryland stretch cord provides the swimmer with the actual swimming technique out of the water that is ideal during winter and before training sessions.

The dryland stretch cord is ideally used for maintaining shoulder stability by doing rotator cuff exercises. It is also great for strengthening the rhomboid muscles in the back and for those swimmers who are out of the water for some reason (ear infection for example). It provides a substantial workout for them out of the water.

Caution: The dryland stretch cords should be constantly checked for wear and tear and should not be used until replaced or in a safe condition. The stretch cords should be secured firmly and the athlete should be supervised at all times.
