Physiosupplies brings you this excellent pack of 3 different strengths of stretch exercise bands in one pack.

Each pack has 1 x 1.20cm length of light/medium (yellow), 1 x 120cm length of medium/heavy (purple), and 1 x 120cm length of heavy/extra heavy (blue) resistive training bands.

Very similar to Dynabands or Therabands, the Exercise Bands allows you to gently work through a program, selecting the most suitable resistance level. Band colour also becomes a visual indicator of progress, as you work your way through the different levels.

Each pack contains 3 x 120cm x 15cm of resistive training exercise bands. Enabling you to progress through your work out without the need to purchase anymore bands.
