	Exercise Band Set (LB3120) Physiosupplies brings you this excellent pack of 3 different strengths of stretch exercise bands in one pack. Each pack has 1 x 1.20m length of Medium (Yellow), Heavy (Purple), and Extra Heavy (Red) resistive training bands. Very similar to Dynabands or Therabands, the Exercise Bands allows you to gently work through a program, selecting the most suitable resistance level. Band colour also becomes a visual indicator of progress, as you work your way through the different levels. Each pack contains 3 x 1.20m x 15cm of resistive training exercise bands.
