Physio Supplies this excellent fitness ball that is burst resistant to 250kg, , The 65cm Gym Ball (Silver) is recommended for anyone between the height of 5'7" - 6'1" (168cm - 185cm).

What size Gym/Exercise Ball do I require?
The suggested Fitness ball size is related to your height. This is so that when you sit on the ball (when correctly inflated to the indicated size) your knees are positioned slightly lower than your hips. The recommended ball/height size is as follows:

5'0"/152cm or less - 45cm Gym Ball (Red)
5'1" - 5'6"/155 - 167cm - 55cm Gym Ball (Purple)
5'7" - 6'1"/170 - 185cm - 65cm Gym Ball (Silver)
6'2"/188cm or above - 75cm Gym Ball (Blue)

Included Free Of Charge is a 17 minute instructional DVD, a double action super fast inflation pump and a gym ball plug removing tool. The DVD will guide you through a range of exercises and you can also inflate the ball in less than 5 minutes with the excellent double action pump. The plug removing tool enables you to remove the plug without damaging the ball. The coloured box has suggested exercises that you can do with your new ball.

Important Information: When purchasing Exercise Balls, we advise that you check that they are of burst resistant quality. If it is not burst resistant - then as a company - we advise that you do not purchase it.
