The Finis Freestyle Snorkel is designed specifically for Freestyle swimmers is the latest evolution to the original Swimmer's Snorkel and is the first snorkel designed specifically for freestyle swimmers. About the Cardio Cap.
The Cardio cap is a form of resistance training. It works on your respiratory system, much the same way as if you were using weights to increase the strength of your arm muscles. It comes in one resistance, in the form of a plastic end cap which slots onto the top of either of your finis snorkels, it gives an increased workout for your lungs. This may prove useful for those with asthma, by gradually relieving the symptoms.
