Made of high tension webbing, Lockerroom Stretchbands are available in three sizes are suitable for use by all individuals. By including a regular flexibility program into an exercise routine you can:

These bands are made from very strong elastic webbing, approximately 68mm width and sewn in a loop and vary in length. They are colour coded according to size so they are easily definable, and the sizes recommended are suggested for different heights of the person using them.

Small (Red) Less than 170 cm
Medium (Blue) 170 cm - 190 cm
Large (Green) Greater than 190 cm
