This Stretch Band Kit comprises of our standard equipment but is packaged into a bundle for ease of ordering and may contain smaller numbers of multiples normally offered within our site. Each pack has 1 x 1.20m length of Medium (Yellow), Heavy (Purple), and Extra Heavy (Red) resistive training bands.
Very similar to Dynabands or Therabands, the Exercise Bands allows you to gently work through a program, selecting the most suitable resistance level. Band colour also becomes a visual indicator of progress, as you work your way through the different levels.
Each pack contains 3 x 1.20m x 15cm of resistive training exercise bands. Enabling you to progress through your work out without the need to purchase anymore bands.

RT Handles 3 Pairs
The Exercise Handles have been specially designed so that you can attach exercise bands and tubes without having to tie knots. Extremely easily to attach and detach, using the Exercise Handles avoids damaging the Bands or Tubes.
Exercise Handles allows the user to grip the bands or tubes easily, whilst the foam covered handles provide a comfortable feel ensuring that you can grip without your hands slipping.
