Professional instructors, (who are also relaxed enough not to intimidate the novice user!) provide precise, easy to follow step-by-step instructions that guide you through a series of exercises and two choreograhed workouts. There are segments for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced exercisers, allowing you to progress safely from utter novice to toned expert. You can of course purchase similar and cheaper copies of this product but without the training supplied on the DVD the device is almost useless.
