Physio Supplies Australia are extremely pleased to be able to offer FREE registered standard delivery on all Australian orders. Prices shown also include GST where applicable.

There are no hidden charges - so the price you see on the screen - is the price delivered to your door business. We also do offer an express service which is only $7.50 for any order weighing up to 1Kg.

How long will my order take to get to me?

We use Australia Post eParcel system to deliver our products. Normal delivery times can be calculated from the Metro Area of Brisbane to you . Standard Post items are approximate as follows
Qld 1-3 working days
NSW/ACT 2-3 working days
SA/TAS 3-5 working days
WA 5-7 working days
NT 5-7 working days
Vic 2-4 working days

We also offer Express post delivery service if required

Can we track our order?
Yes - you will receive an email from Australia Post with the tracking number and tracking events providing the email address you supplied is correct.

Do I have to be in to receive may parcel?
All orders are dispatched on a 'signed for delivery' service. In the 'checkout page' you can however enter details so that the item can be left.(please note this is at your risk)

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes - any order can be delivered to a PO Box.
