All orders made and paid for before 2pm will be dispatched on that working day - and below are the estimated delivery times from dispatch of goods. If in the unlikely event of the product being unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible.

If you order on line (and include a valid email address) you will receive an email from Australia Post informing you of tracking events.

All orders placed will require a signature on delivery unless specified otherwise. Packages can be left without signature at your own risk.

Express Post
Express post is also available and provides fast delivery to Express Post Zones within Australia.
Any orders up to 1Kg in weight is an additional $7.20. Orders over 1Kg are charged at an additional Kg rate

Overseas Orders
Please note that we now ship internationally and products can be ordered on line up to a weight of 2Kg which are sent by Registered Standard Airmail - which provides proof of postage and signed for delivery. All orders over 2kg are sent by Express Courier International which provides Express Mail which is trackable in many countries - but not available to all.

Any import taxes or local fees are the responsibility of the recipient
The NZ dollar is also shown in the Product page page to give an approximation of price. The GST (10%) will be removed at the checkout - if applicable, and the exchange rate may vary on a day to day basis.
